I was charged a $20.00 fee for late return of the trailer but the trailer was returned on time but evidently I was supposed to check in when I returned the trailer which we tried to do but the business was closed. When we contacted customer service about the late charge they said they would cancel the late charge. As of today the late charge has not been credited.
