The truck got a flat in the middle of the road as I was pulling a trailer amd I had my 6 year old with me and they told me help with arrive in 80 mins and it took him 3 hrs to get there and when he did come he didn't bring the tool to take the spare tire off so he left and in the 4th hr someone else showed up but by that time I couldn't wait any longer with a 6 yr old on the side of the road so I had to call a friend to come help and ended up paying him 100$ outta pocket since he got there even before the second tire guy got there. Then while talking to dispatcher they didn't even offer me to comp that day wasted I had to ASK

I rented truck and appliance dollie. However, store failed to inform me that truck did not have ramp to move appliance onto truck. Had to leave refrigerator at apartment and move packed food to new apartment with no way to keep food, milk for mother and baby. Still looking for someone to move refrigerator 2 days before Thanksgiving! Thanks a lot!! Eula Mills

Awful experience with U-Haul. I was quoted an out-the-door rate of $774 when I booked a truck for my parents' move. I just received the receipt and discovered hundreds of dollars in additional fees and taxes that were not part of my quotation. Now, I've been sitting on the phone for over 20 minutes trying to get someone at billing on the phone. Funny, I was able to get thru to Sales twice with no problems. This tells me that U-Haul values landing a sale over supporting their customers on the back-end. I want a credit for all the fees I wasn't quoted!

I reserved a truck through your online Uhaul app 2 weeks in advance and the morning I was heading to pick up the truck I called just to make sure the truck was there the idiot on the phone said no it's not here. I had to scramble to find another truck at another location. Absolutely no communication with me or any effort to help me find a truck. The representative I'm talking about is B & B rentals in Yucaipa CA. So frustrating and because I could not get the one way deal on the truck I had reserved it cost me a round trip and $200 extra to return it plus .99 cents a mile. Thanks Uhaul.

Waited two hours on your slow ass system not this locations fault its U-Haul as a whole. U-Haul is overpriced and has horrible customer service this was my last straw. I already told my friends and family that I would rather help carry there furniture to their new place than use U-Haul again. Already lost you buisness good riddance ill use Budget next time

The staff help excellent. Great guys. Truck ran great. Don't think they had time to clean it before I took it. I believe the truck rentals are stacked too close together not giving the staff the appropriate time to clean them up for the next lessor. The General U-Haul phone system is compromised. The amount of times I was left hold, average 15/20 minutes each time, is ludicrous. My time is very important. The idea that U Haul is okay leaving their customers dangling on the line listening to U Haul advertising is showing that you that don't care. That being said, I was most impressed with (Honoree) at 602 263 6011, ext 850 881 (And) (Virginia) at 800 468 4285, ext 502 146. They were top notch in making things all work out plus, I did not have to wait long to talk to them. All and all, I'm sure I couldn't have done my move without you. “Thank You” Oh, in a another week or so, I need to rent another truck. I will be using U Haul. The drop off U Haul yard and staff were also top notch. Thank You Santa Rosa.

1. I was charged double the price for the appliance dolly. 2. There is a 25$ for a cleaning fee of the truck. Why was my furniture dirty after moving?! 3. Overall lack of professionalism. Dont smoke around your customers. 4. Dont forget to load the truck with the material I ordered and have me drive back to pick them up without a discount. 5. Dont visit this place. Just pick another one.

Have the dealer clean up the equipment. Also, they charged my credit card for a 2 day rental when I clearly stated that I only needed it for 1 day, and brought it back them when they were closed early the next day. It's not my fault that they were closed 24 hours later. Not doing business with this place again.

The two men that were at the Pit Stop were extremely helpful. I explained the situation to them and one of the guys went and got a jack to jack up the front of the trailer which again lowered the rear end of the trailer. I had no problem removing my car from the trailer. They were also very nice to me. It was a father and son team that helped me.

My return was messed up, got charge an extra 2 days and waiting for it to get fix. Manager didn't come in the next day or the same day as drop off to input to rental return. Need to fix that

It should be noted that customers should call the number of the drop-off office if they have questions. I didn't know where to park and after leaving and parking on the street, I finally saw a tiny sign in the window with a number that I luckily decided to call to clarify. Otherwise, I would have just left the vehicle anywhere possible, which may have not been acceptable. The lot was roped off, so no entry was possible. The driveway is small - only three trucks able to squeeze in and still blocking driveway. Half of driveway is red zone, so parking was extremely limited with fear of getting towed, ticketed, or charged. Space to turn around vehicle is tight - especially since there is essentially only one way into the small area.

A bit of confusion and delays at check out. Attendant gave me the wrong truck and damaged the truck assigned to me while backing out the wrong truck. No clear information about the near-criminal gas fillup policy (rounding down to the nearest 1/4 tank). And incapacity to credit me for 12 packing blankets not used. This after forgetting to provide the blankets I had ordered which required an extra trip back to the store. If you asked for my review for the dropoff I would note that it was the worst customer service (principally from the corporate office) that I have ever received...boarding on outright fraud. I will be contacting the State Attorney General's office when time allows.

Truck broke down they came and got it 2 days later and charged me $500.00 afterward. I'm fighting to get my money back for the faulty equipment. I never was able to complete my move.

This location is far superior to the other local locations. They called to verify I was on my way.They immediately attached the trailer, while I checked out with the attendant inside. I was in and out quickly and the workers were very nice! I rent routinely and will go to this location whenever possible in the future.

The gas gauge was broken. The guy working at the location listed the gas at 1/4 tank . Incorrect. They over billed me for 3 days on a 24 hour rental. They charged me for dollies I didn't need or used. They double charged me for environmental fee, they double charged me for insurance. Horrible experience.
