No one was there when the application had errors to help me get the truck and be on my way. The second verification was a disappointing process as the u-Haul phone line stayed busy for almost an hour. A representative claimed to call my wife while she was next to me in the car and the lot to pick up the truck and every time she answered the representative hung up on her. Ensure that what's posted on the web is accurate. When I went to pick up my reservation, the manager was not there. When I called and he answered he informed me that his business hours were different from what was posted and also, my reservation was incorrect and it took well over an hour to get it straightened out. I made the reservation online and therein lied the problem.Cecil H.

The location opened 40 minutes late so I lost an entire hour of my rental time. My vehicle was partially clean; there was sand on the floor but everything else was okay. I did appreciate that the representative at the lot wiped down the vehicle with Lysol before I got in. My reservation was not in the system so that took a few minutes. The representative was helpful from that aspect.Shantisa F.
He went above and beyond to insure that I was given the right rental even when the website doubled booked the vehicle I had reserved, but accommodations were made to assist meValecia D.
Be more professional!! No one left the keys in not one of the 5 lock boxes and I had the movers waiting on my arrival with the truck! Called your representative for that location several times and no answer! I was EXTREMELY upset!!Donna G.

I would rate this service 5 stars, but since we had to wait until someone arrived on the premises inspite of us having a reservation, I'll give it 4 stars. I would still rate it above average due to the convenience of the app where I was able to complete the rental process on my own. The steps were really easy. The approval was almost immediate. I found my truck and removed my keys from lock box, and drove off without needing someone in the office. After returning the truck, the young man was there and I must say, he was very professional as well as polite. I would rent there again.Camisha P.
