Things were not set up properly. I did not get the truck I was supposed to get everything was in disarray. I could not return my truck. The way I was supposed to my money was not refunded the way it was supposed to be. Nothing was professional at all.

Johnny DSomeone blocked in the truck I was there to pick up. There is a number posted to call but no one answered and I still haven’t received a call back. It took forever to get the truck out of the lot.
angela gI am billed twice for a rental, the first price was for 56.89 on 03-03-2025. Looking at my bank records I am being charged again (11) days later for a charge on 03-14-2025 for an additional amount for $112.16. almost doubled the charge from the initial rental contract. I am wondering what is this second charge relate(s) to. In good faith, I returned the vehicle in due time of my contract. The question I have, why am I being charged 11 days later with this outrageous secondary rate. On your behalf I wish/hope that these charges are refunded back into my account with no question on my part. The office I picked up this rental from is hard to contact someone. I hope this can be rectified without additional cost to me. Please feel free to contact me via e-mail or my phone number listed on the contract for we can resolve this matter. Thank you kindly.

TRACEY HWhen I went to uhaul.com it directed me to this location. I knew I needed a person to help thus I chose 10 am as I have no space on phone to download the app. The person that runs this business was not open. Secondly, while your website gives the impression all uhaul locations are the same. I found out the hard way that dealers are different from a store. Also, I was told you have no control over dealers. That is not good business. Your website make it seems it is all one and that is not the case. This experience left such a bad impression, it tainted my whole image of uhaul. Not to mention the countless number of times I was transferred.
Janice MCould improve by not charging fees that do not match the returned equipment. I was charged for fuel when I filled up 1 mile away before returning the truck. I was also charged a cleaning fee when everything I had in the truck was removed, except extra napkins that were clean and left on the middle seat. Worst U-Haul experience I’ve ever had.

CHRISTINA HI had reservations at another place I get there and they don’t have a truck. So I call U-Haul and they set me up with another reservation somewhere and I get there no one there it was a number on the door to call then I had to wait on him in the hot sun.overall it just a bad experience.

VALENCE GI didn’t like that when I went to return the van (in a whole other city than I reside) at almost 11a.m, the gates were locked and I had to wait on someone to get there..

Dannielle MThe location needs a better system overall. They are only open 3 hours a day for pick up and drop off. When I arrived, no one was available for assistance. The key was not in the drop box. I called the number provided for the location 10 times and when the owner answered, he was unfriendly. It took an hour for me to get rental. When I finally got it, the low engine light was on and rear tire was low and I had to spend my money to go fill it.

He hung up on me and even told me that he would call back in 5 mins to address concerns and the call back never happened. The truck was misssing dolly and moving blankets although I prepaid for dolly. I will NEVER rent a truck From an authorized dealer location again.

Sonji SI will definitely never use this place ever again. Not only was the equipment not maintained it was returned with the tank over full. The storage place wasn't as described. I received such horrible equipment. It smelled horribly, the oil needed to be changed (per the message across the dashboard), the keys had been misplaced which caused the extra fee for self service unnecessarily charged, the tires were all going flat. This experience caused me to delayed. I never expected such horrible service. Absolutely I will definitely NEVER use them again.

Sherina GThis experience could not have gone any smoother. This was a same day rental. I went to one location and there were no trucks available but the gentleman found what I needed nearby, took my payment info to secure the vehicle, send me a text immediately with the confirmation info. Once I arrived at the other rental place, the gentleman there went above and beyond to assist me. Normally I would have to call a telephone number and speak to another person; but this gentleman did this for me. He actually was only stopping by the rental shop (located at a car parts lot of some sort) to drop something off. He saw me walking up to the door (which had a phone number for me to call for the U-Haul rental). He told me that I should wait in my vehicle since it was hot outside. He then made all the arrangements, called me on the phone and told me the lock box combo and vehicle number. I appreciated this service because I was having a long, hard day. These acts of kindness from these gentlemen made my day better.

I had an issue with the truck being in a ditch outside of the gate and when I spoken with them about it because I had followed up on my responsibility by not just leaving it for them to workout they not charge me what could been a bill of $415 by roadside assistance to come out and assist end up being up retrieve for nothing. Thank you Kurt for all that you’ve done.

Chrystal FThe entire check in process was a nightmare. The Uhaul site was down for the property manager so he couldn’t open the box for my key. I had to call the headquarters to finish off the check in, which was supposed to be quicker because I filled out many forms prior to going to the place to pick up. One hour later I’m still not in the vehicle. There was damage all over the van that was not reported, the mileage was wrong, the gas level was inaccurate, and two tires were reading low pressure. I had to take pictures, refill forms and on and on. The property was is a VERY rough area and I didn’t feel particularly safe parking my car there. I am concerned that this ordeal is not over due to damage on the vehicle prior to me taking it.
William CInterior light did not work. The rear door was extremely hard to open and close. The rear door latch was rusted up and extremely hard to use. I sprayed the latch with wd 40 and was better but the door was still very hard to use.
