The staff was absolutely excellent. The uhaul software was horrible. Waited an hour and a half for them to fix a tiny issue with their program. On site staff was professional and extremely apologetic on behalf of the uhaul software.

Myrna LOn Dec. 3rd, I reserved a truck for Dec. 27th in Drumheller. I went to the office and spoke directly with the agent. He said they would be open and booked my truck. Dec 26th, I get a call from UHaul, not the local office, who now tell me that I would have to drive 45 minutes to pick up the truck the next day because they were closed From Dec. 24 to Jan 2nd. So why didn't the locals speak with me directly? Why didn't they leave a key fir the truck so I could just pick it up, as their website says I can. While they were very nice people, this is horrible customer service.

Marry DThe owners of this location were nice and helpful. However I was forced to travel 200kms out of town to pick up the truck which I booked in town weeks prior. Location was great but if someone decided to light uhauls ceo on fire I would probably search for marshmallows.

Denise MThe definition of RESERVATION :the action of reserving something. U-Haul as a whole is completely unaware of this meaning!!! The location was the best I have ever dealt with, U-haul company expecting me to pick up a truck 101.4km from location I specially RESERVED from and I was expected to pay gas!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY REVOLVED BY U-HAUL!!!

Kaci MI experienced a number of difficulties. I couldn’t get the smaller truck size I wanted. At pick up I had great difficulty getting the key box lock open. It was 6’ up on the wall and very hard to manage. U-Haul chat really wasn’t helpful. On return I couldn’t finish the check out properly as the app kept crashing. I had difficulty finding the key return location as (again) it was 6’ off the ground and not marked. It looked like a utilities box on the side of the building. Again the Chat wasn’t helpful because they had a photo of a different location. All in all I guess I would use this location again as I have no choice but I would be wary about doing so.

Irene SThe units oil pressure is fucked. The mechanic did not maintain the vehicle. The oil pressure was 80 psi the vast majority of the time. I almost got hit because I could not keep up withe flow of traffic. I just faced an illegal eviction, I was stressed beyond all reason. I could not even check my phone and had to limp the unit all the way to wherwever I am right now. I can't even think straight due to the extreme amount of stress I have endured. The unit was collected by some towing truck. I hooenthey took it where it was supposed to go. Stressed beyond all reason. I couldn't even unpack all my things from the unit. I may have took some photos but I am not sure??? Maybe you could check it out and figure it out...? I think I have received a bill.

Jealan NMy experience has been so stressful that i had to take a shot as soon as i returned my equipment, i recommend that the main office maintains better communication with it’s facilities to prevent further confusion between it’s customers. That entire experience was mad lame.
Dianne EI had a great experience here. Dropped off a trailer early everything went good. But 20 minutes later realized I needed it again. But the paperwork was already closed out. The team in Drumheller quickly followed up with u-haul and re-activated my rental and saved me the headache and cost of renting it again. Very much appreciated. Very happy with my experience here and will use them again.

Karen AThe swivel deck became stuck to one side during travel. This but stress on the steering of the vehicle being towed. Did not have to tow very far so no damage was done. Mentioned this to the person after returning and she made a note of it. Will use again if needed. Great friendly service.
Bob KI rented for a Friday pickup and we ended up needing the truck for Sat for just a few hours. I phoned in on Friday afternoon and told them we needed the truck for few hours on Sat.The truck was returned on the Sat by 3pm. On Monday I got charged extra on my creditcard and phoned them about it. They were very helpful and took the time to ask for details. They asked me to leave it with them and they would find out what I got charged for and get back to me. I got a call on Thursday saying a refund was put through my creditcard for the error. I was treated very well and they were very friendly and pleasant to work with. I am very 😌 satisfied and would recommend the company to my friends and family.
