The pick up location and the person I dealt with was alright. However, the UHaul I ordered was 15ft. The measurements of the inside bed was 12ft. I was told by Uhaul that they count the little cubby hole as space. That was less than 30inches deep and about 2 feet high. That is dishonest. Even the inside sticker said it was 143 inches which is less than 12ft. I will do my best to get the word out on how dishonest your company is when it comes to renting your trucks. I am very dissapointed in this company and will seek another when I need a truck again.

William BLower the base cost number 1. Make sure the truck starts on every crank. Even better make sure the engine isn’t a piece of crap because it never shifts properly so picking up speed to drive is nearly impossibly. Provide a key for the lock on the back to keep belonging safe. It wasn’t 100% water proof either. I had tents come off before return that were wet from the truck floor. In my honest opinion I would like to be reimbursed some money because I couldn’t make it to the event in time because of the way the truck did or didn’t shift causing us to drive well under the speed limit and arrive 2 hours late to the event. I picked the truck up the night before and loaded it think we’d b on time but I didn’t know the transmission/engine was this bad. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND this location to anyone let alone a u haul because of their prices.

Christopher AMade me drive an hour from where I booked a uhaul to get the truck I needed the night before. No furniture dolly. Still charged me for it. Guy on the phone said I’d get $50 off for the hassle of adding TWO hours onto my day of moving last second and that never happened either. Poor service all around.

Leslie DLocation was fine. Sam helped a lot. The main problem was the on line app. Once you entered a second driver, and if there was an issue, there was nobwaybtondelete the second driver. We had to cancel the order & start all over again. There was constant problems with the in line set up. Thank goodness the store clerk Adam, was able to help. It took over an hour to finally get the order in. The other thing is there are no other UHall close to Plymouth itself. Which meant additional 16 miles added to pick up &!drop off. Very dussapointing.
Jean JThe rental process was smooth and fast with no issues other than we were moving furniture of high value and had ordered moving pads through the UHaul website. These pads were not at the site. Not clear to me why you would advertise them as avaliable if they are not. We had to drive home and get our own blankets and quilts.

tom sI was disappointed that corporate U-Haul does not disclose that mileage rates go up on the weekends this would have been useful when making my decision on what company to use. The local dealer was excellent in every way.
Dennis BI was pre payed and ready to go, nope they had to do it all over again.
Mike DPick up was a hassle, never got the code to unlock the key. Had to call customer service a few times till finally I got the code to get the key. “Customer service was good” Also the dolly I requested was not provided my back isn’t happy.

Holly RI chose another, closer location, but was forced to use this one. They don’t stock 4-wheelers and pads even though U-Haul system allows one to reserve them. Slow check-in process. Attendant was pleasant. Charged $30 plus gas to fill tank. This was not disclosed. I had to check in on attendant’s cell phone. Couldn’t verify what costs were. Upset about $30 fill-up charge.
William DI had no issues with the location I was sent to I do have plenty of issues in the logistics of the pick up First I secured a reservation two to three weeks in advance in my home town for a ten footer Next thing I was sent to another town and as I was commuting to the next town I was called and said I had to pick up in another town

Vincent MOverall you did a piss poor job. Okay, you changed my reservations three times, so I went from having to travel 0.6 miles to 12 miles. Once at the third site your app would not function telling me I had not allowed location accessibility, which I had. I lost 1 hour of rental time waiting for the person at the pickup site to check me in. Then I had to drive 12 miles back to where I was picking up goods to be transmitted, instead of 0.6 miles. So your company failed miserably, I would never recommend your company to anyone.
Loius Coverall good experience ... UHaul questions and answers are not available on Tuesday as only one person handles UHaul ... this person is absent on Tuesdays as to day off ...
Marsha BThe vehicle was pretty clean, but it did have a smell like it was used on a farm before and the driver’s side window wasn’t working. The pick-up location was good and they were very helpful processing everything.

Grace MThe online check in and check out was good, easy to follow. I did have a little issue scanning the bar code on my license, but the rep sent the request again. The only drawback from this experience was being charged $21 for fuel. 75% of my mileage was to and from The Carver location. I had originally reserved a truck in Plymouth, and was then told I would have to pick up in Carver, which was almost 14 miles one way. So 28 miles of my trip was pick up and drop off. Very disheartening that I was charged for fuel on top of mileage, when my actual move mileage was well less than 10 miles.
