Dropped off after hours but this location staff is always friendly and professional
SAMUEL HThe drop off was a private Automotive Mechanic shop. Two Mechanics employees were very and extremely helpful. The only issue the date of my drop off the employee the was in the office was Not at work so they could not do the closure or cancel of the service drop off. It should be a better way to do it on line in order to do thing right for customers. And to avoid possible charges.

Allison GI would recommend it to a friend if they need a U-Haul during business hours. But the location has horrible service and it took awhile for us to pick up our U-Haul when it should've been a simple process. I think the website should ask for identity verification and calling around before we go pick up our truck. That was the worst part. It made the whole process long as he'll.

I would give them five stars but have not visited this location enough to determine consistency in service, but I'm definitely leaning toward 5 star reviews.

SIDNEY ALocation was great! They called when the truck size I had originally wanted was available and I was able to switch. It was parked up front and ready to go when I arrived. My only complaint was that the mobile pick up and return felt like jumping through many hoops and took a lot longer than I expected. This is no fault of the location.
Aleria AWell here's how it all started I went to the facility in Nebraska city is where I originally made my reservation and then people up there at Tri-State rentals are the rudest meanest nastiest people on the face of the Earth first off I drove a hundred miles to pick my U-Haul trailer up and even doing everything online and showing the lady running the counter that my setup was perfectly fine and it worked just fine pulling the trailer with what I was pulling it with she wouldn't let me have it and then I got upset I kept it down a little bit she ended up calling her husband up which he's about worthless and he tried running me over with his pickup so if you're U-Haul rentals are way down in Nebraska City you may consider maybe possibly getting someone else to do your U-Haul rentals because I would guarantee you nobody's wants to go there to do it because then people are rude and just unbelievable so I went to Auburn and the people there are awesome the lady there running the front counter she got me right in she got my trailer everything was good to go and I was able to go and do what I started doing at 8:00 that morning finally at 1:00 that afternoon
