Look at your invoice. When I picked up the uhaul they put a $90 hold on my account. They said if I use less miles, which I did, the price would come down some. When I returned the truck they charged my account again for $127 for some reason. They said the charge should be $110. Definitely calling tomorrow and figuring this out. Should of been under the $90Robert P.

Please update your policy on gas! It would be so much easier to just say that the tank should always come back full. I hate standing at the pump trying to calculate how many gallons to put back in. Your website directed me to a video that was supposed to help me figure out how much gas I needed, but the fuel estimator that it said to use appeared NOWHERE on anything I could see or access online or in the emails you sent.Ian H.
I am beyond frustrated. Not only was the location customer service terrible, the vehicle was whining and whirringâ€¦. I would have been okay with that, it's whatever. The customer service rep at the location HAD MY CAR TOWED TO A DIFFERENT TOWN, while I had the rental because they forgot that I had rented a uhaul from them after a couple days. It cost me a couple hundred dollars and the majority of my day. I have literally nothing to say except the only reason I continue to use uhaul is because I have no other options. You have to talk to someone over the phone - what happened to good customer service. The call got dropped - the lady at the gas station had to let me use her phone as the UHaul lady called her. Completely unprofessional!!!!KIMBERLY S.
