ALEISE SIt wasn’t quite apparent where to drop off and park the uhaul truck. A sign indicating they should be parked in the back would be helpful.
joseph cThe uhal lady was nice! BUT my reservation was completely screwed up! I spent 45 mins getting it corrected, talking to different representatives, just so I could use the truck. My experience was very time consuming!
LIANNA GI had to put air in the tires before leaving the gas station. The truck was displaying a message that the Right Rear tire was low.

Bobby PI was charged for mileage and I was not told that I had a mileage limit. My original reservation was for one way to Milledgeville, I changed it to a one way and the price stayed the same when I felt it should have been lower. Then when I returned the truck, I was charged an additional $47 for mileage and I feel that should be refunded and I will be calling the 800 number.

Bradley CPerson did not seem to know about rental. She had to call and then I had to talk with the person. Could not complete the information for damages to truck and mileage as there was no reception to the internet. Truck was dirty inside was never cleaned for sometime

ALEJANDRO GWe waited for several minutes while the personnel sorted lottery cards and finished other tasks around the gas station. Then they said they couldn’t find our reservation. Once they called someone to help, they said they couldn’t input that we returned it with the same amount of gas (half full) that we got it. They said there was only and option for full or not. And because they weren’t an “official” uhaul dealer, they said we would be charged for the rest of the gas and then we could call and contest the charge. So much extra time wasted.

Adalberto CThe employee had no experience returning a Uhaul, but called someone who walked her through it. Not a problem for me there. I did go slightly over my allotted mileage, which cost me $4 more. But returned the truck with almost half a tank of gas, which was about 10 gallons of gas more than when I picked it up. At $3.88 per gallon, you got the deal there. Seems like they would have taken that into consideration before charging me $4 + tax more.
Jeffrey NThe lady that worked at this location, Renee, was very helpful and very polite. The online site was giving us an error message. Renee tried for over an hour to help us pay our bill and check out. In the end, she had to call UHaul and they told us to leave the key with her and leave. It was very frustrating.
Susan MLook at your invoice. When I picked up the uhaul they put a $90 hold on my account. They said if I use less miles, which I did, the price would come down some. When I returned the truck they charged my account again for $127 for some reason. They said the charge should be $110. Definitely calling tomorrow and figuring this out. Should of been under the $90

James OPlease update your policy on gas! It would be so much easier to just say that the tank should always come back full. I hate standing at the pump trying to calculate how many gallons to put back in. Your website directed me to a video that was supposed to help me figure out how much gas I needed, but the fuel estimator that it said to use appeared NOWHERE on anything I could see or access online or in the emails you sent.
Ian HI am beyond frustrated. Not only was the location customer service terrible, the vehicle was whining and whirring…. I would have been okay with that, it’s whatever. The customer service rep at the location HAD MY CAR TOWED TO A DIFFERENT TOWN, while I had the rental because they forgot that I had rented a uhaul from them after a couple days. It cost me a couple hundred dollars and the majority of my day. I have literally nothing to say except the only reason I continue to use uhaul is because I have no other options. I hope uhaul will make it right.
Rudy BYou have to talk to someone over the phone - what happened to good customer service. The call got dropped - the lady at the gas station had to let me use her phone as the UHaul lady called her. Completely unprofessional!!!!

Jeremy LMake sure the mirrors on all trucks are tight and secure to the vehicle the passenger mirror would not stay in place
