I think I should've gotten a partial refund for returning it early, rented a dolly that I never used and filled it back up past where it was when I picked it up.

We arrived on a Sunday to return our box truck and even though I had the app downloaded, signed in and watched the video, I was having difficulty. We were lucky there was an attendant at the location! She came right out and assisted us, taking care of everything. Extremely friendly and let us know our mileage difference and what our additional charges would be.
DEBORAH DIt’s not the drop off locations fault the trailer I had there was something wrong with it. I had it loaded way back right front way and have been pulling trailers for over 50 years. The construction company with three bad hoes have a 43 foot RV and that trailer I rented from you call or something wrong with it trailer swag was terrible and I stopped at least half a dozen times to adjust the load and made no difference. I could never do the speed limit on the expressway and then I get charged another $133 for being six hours late . .
Kirk WI had to change destinations and was charged over $600 for this, due to factors beyond my control. This is corporate's policy and it stinks!

Charlotte WI rented my uhaul for 2 days to move into a new house on my days off. The day it was due back ended up falling on a weekend, and the facility was closed. There was a locked gate, so there was no way for me to return it. I tried contacting the facility and finally got a call back from them on Sunday. I explained what happened and they assured me that it was fine and wouldn't be a problem, and to drop it off Monday morning. Which is exactly what I did. I was there as soon as they opened. When I got there the story and demeanor changed completely. They started claiming that the late drop off would cost $85 and she's taking it from the deposit, which was not mentioned before. She also claimed there was nothing she could do or any way around it. Which I know isn't true and that late fees are determined by each facility. I just firmly believe taking my deposit was ridiculous and unprofessional due to the mitigating circumstances and the fact they were the ones that told me to bring it Monday because they didn't want to go unlock the gate or handle business on the weekend.
