We rent UHauls frequently. This was a location we had never been to before but was the closest location that had what we needed. The experience at this location was so positive that I told a coworker yesterday that they are well worth the extra miles. Employees were pleasant and helpful. We did not receive furniture pads as reserved. Pickup location said it would be refunded. Called ahead and told dropoff location since refund was not yet processed. Dropoff location gave extreme grief even with a reference number provided by U-Haul. Dropoff still charged my card for the pads and now going through another dispute over it.Michael E.
