HENRY MI was scheduled to pick up my Uhaul at 730pm the keys were not there. I called customer service and received the best serve ever. Even though I was inconvenienced by 2.5hrs waiting to get another Uhaul and having to drive around the city to get it. I was highly disappointed and unsatisfied with my experience at this location!!

Ricardo HWas going to be charged for a full tank of gas when I picked the truck up in Tenn. with 1/2 a tank. But the self check automatically put full tank. I disputed and the charge was removed.
Ricardo HPick up location didn’t secure the vehicle transport, when I loaded my other vehicle the equipment detached from the ball and part of it end up inside my SUV trunk. Luckily I had my trunk open and didn’t damage the trunk door. Just minor scratches on the bumper.
Milton ONothing, was assisted in hooking up tow trailer, shown all the features. Checked the lights for correct display. Very knowledgeable and professional!

CHAD BWe rent UHauls frequently. This was a location we had never been to before but was the closest location that had what we needed. The experience at this location was so positive that I told a coworker yesterday that they are well worth the extra miles. Employees were pleasant and helpful. The location we normally rent from is chaotic and unorganized

Mariel WWe did not receive furniture pads as reserved. Pickup location said it would be refunded. Called ahead and told dropoff location since refund was not yet processed. Dropoff location gave extreme grief even with a reference number provided by U-Haul. Dropoff still charged my card for the pads and now going through another dispute over it.
