The place was ok. The lady inside was also very helpful. Overall it took a little getting used to as I had to use the app I think my second time around will be very much better as now I understand the concept that you use third parties to deliver and receive your vehicles. I was expecting it to be like Uhaul stores. I like the concept as you value convenience for customer maybe a little more descriptions on the website would help. I will however definitely use Uhaul again if the need arises.
