Front wheel alignment is way out of specifications causing the truck to pull to the center line of the road. The steering wheel is a 1/4 turn off center. The front tires have visible belts showing from wearing improperly due to incorrect wheel alignment. The truck dydroplanes during rain. The check engine light was on during the entire trip 1400mile trip. All these issues combined resulted in poor fuel economy only averaging 8 miles/gallon. I have taken photos of the issues to back up my statements. This truck is dangerous to drive and should be decommissioned.

Tires said to inflate to 100 psi, placards on the truck said to inflate tires to 90 psi - tire pressures at pickup varied from 70-80 psi, and without a special air chuck and gauge, it's is all but impossible to fill/check the inside rear tires. The front brakes pulled hard to the left. Brake and turn signals did not work on the trailer plug. No one - and I mean no one at Uhaul knew anything about using or how to use a brake controller with their trucks. I wasted a couple hours talking to various Uhaul people - including corporate - about how to use a brake controller with their trucks. In frustration, I finally turned to YouTube - and had my questions answered in 10 minutes. Uhaul was the only one-way truck rental available to me iny area and so, I guess with a protected market like that, sub-par service is to be expected. I was also promised a $100 credit for returning the truck to a location they specified (at my inconvenience) - and I never saw that credit. So if Uhaul is promising you some kind of credit, don't trust them to deliver on it. The only thing worse than my experience is the reality that I'll probably have to use Uhaul again in the future. Next time, however, I'll be sure to set my expectations as low as possible.

Was supposed to drop off in Gettysburg to drop off get to Gettysburg guy says nope you are supposed to drop off at location we picked up at drive all the way back to where we got it lady says thought you were dropping off of on Gettysburg so tell her she says no it was supposed to be dropped off there I got two extra charges on my credit card now on top of what they said it was supposed to be!!!

Improve lighting, the parking lot was extremely dark and it was hard to see the key pickup.

The drop off was a do it yourself, taking pictures of the vehicle, but the outside was cleaned and safe to leave the vehicle there.

Gas tank when picked up was at 1/8th of a tank. Very inconvenient to have to go get gas right away.
