The text message I received indicated that I was to go to the Kwik Way on Bancroft. Knowing that the process here is quite slow, I took pictures of my license and inputted my credit card information. I arrived just after 8 am only to discover that I should be at a different location. The young man made a phone call to UHaul to find out where it was. I traveled to the next location only to discover that this was a self serve place. I made a number of calls before I could speak to someone and then had to go through the same process again. It started with him not being able to find my contract number to my card being inputted 4 times before it would work. This process took nearly an hour. It was very frustrating. The website was not accessible to me so the entire process was rather pointless.
