A very nice lady checked me in and went over everything with me. The van was clean and comfortable
ERIN FI would recommend ONLY if it were during working hours. We selected this drop off because you could return the vehicle without the office being open. There was only one parking space available (partial, because the small trailer parked next to it went over the line into this space), and the space was next to the street. The only way to back the trailer into that tight space would have been by blocking traffic from the street, Without jackknifing in the small lot.

PIERRE BI did not receive my Dolly's that I rented. I did not get a refund.
Matthew PFraudulent company. Absolute FRAUD. Complete scam artists. I rented the truck with mobile checkout. I get to the place and it won’t let me check it out. I had to call the main line several times get transferred to several departments for them to tell me I had to go inside to rent the truck. Ok, so not mobile. I had already filled out the contract and they saw it. They decided to add without my permission a $104 damage waiver which I explicitly declined in the contract. They authorized my card for 4 days even though I only requested two. They lied about the amount of gas in the truck… I took a picture and called them and they acknowledged it over the phone. I return two days later and the guys there said had no idea how to check it back in. They wrote down the miles and refused to give me the reading. I’ve never had this happen before. Get the bill and see the damage waiver charged, GAS even tho I returned it with more than I left with. Absolute FRAUDS. See you in court I’ll do it just for fun. I don’t like thieves.
