Despite having a reservation, the car was not available. They were nice enough to give me an option (15') however the car was dirty, even with a used water bottle I later realize this was somebody else's reservation as he got there as i was taking it. I will like to get my $50 rental guarantee - can provide pics if needed.

TED EDid not speak English. Did not speak to me at all. Gave me a thumbs up once finished inspecting the vehicle, THEN CHARGE ME FOR AN ADDITIONAL DAYS RENTAL and EXTA MILES. I only returned it to this dump in the middle of a very busy city because I was told it was the closest to my destination. This drop location was not close to my destination, in fact it took me 30-40 minutes and an additional 12 miles to drive to this location to drop it off. WHAT A SCAM! My itinerary was for 69 miles door to door. This was confirmed. When I got the thumbs up and left I later got a receipt for and EXTRA DAY AND 9 EXTRA MILES. This will not stand, unless resolved I am voiding this transaction as fraud with my Credit Card company. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS COMPNAY TO ANYONE
