Well to start I’m not happy about my rental I had a reservation. For a week come to find out the morning of my reserve that they didn’t have a truck so I had to drive 19 miles one way out of my way to pick this truck up and no one contacted me or said anything about me not being able to get the truck so I feel like I shouldn’t be responsible for the extra 38 miles I put on the truck at 1.09 a mile cause it wasn’t my fault cause I needed a in town truck

Two tires were bad and caused shake and vibration on the hwy. I couldn’t get over 40-45mph. I stopped at an open U-Haul location and they wouldn’t swap a tire or change trailers. I waited in the U-Haul parking Lot for three hours on someone to come and swap tires. They went past the time they said they would arrive two times. I had to drive 6 hours one way with the trailer and it ruined the whole day.

The clerk inputting information , did not fully understand your own program and had to call in 3 times to correct her own mistake of over charging us for a simple reservation. This took over 30 minutes. In other areas, it has taken less than 5 mins .

Thank you, Auto Masters of Carolinas for helping me to complete this particular association with U Haul. The gentleman at Auto Masters had the 6'X12' trailer unhitched from my vehicle in practically no time at all then I was on my way.

This location had only 2 tow Dollie’s and 1 auto transport. No trucks or trailers and the owner seemed uncooperative to accept my return citing that he needed to contact someone to see if he could take my return. He finally did so.

I rented the tow trailer for 24hrs the rental agent called me 7 hrs later asking when was I gonna return the trailer and then texted me at 8:34pm asking the same question. I thought that was kinda weird I had the trailer back on property @8:20am the next morning and taken pictures that are time stamped and dated. I waited owner of shop not in site a worker arrives @9:00 am calls his boss and boss says he’s running late just un hook the trailer he will be there in 15min and he will email a receipt. Well to top things off I get a receipt for a 2 day charge stating I had the trailer an extra 1hr 34minutes. SMDH I knew this place was shady when they kept calling then he proceeded to blame it on the uhaul rep. So going forward I recommend renting from a Hub Uhaul facility and not the shady small business. I AM VERY DISSATISFIED ON HOW THIS TOOK PLACE AND YES I WOULD LIKE A SO CALLED BLAME IT ON THE REP TO CALL.

The location was great. Uhaul itself SUCKS and gets everything wrong every time.
