JACQUES Tbooked a trailer rental online for one day, picked up rental at 9h00 in morning, brought it back samday at 4hoo pm , original reserveration was for 34.95 plus taxes ended up paying almost $ 90.00 , charged for two days, stopped at location on Monday morning, Carlos the uhaul responsable had not arrived yet, left my name and phone number with the person onsite, nobody contacted me back, this nit my first rental with uhaul, never had any issues, very disappointed would have appreciated a call back from Carlos...charged two day for a 7 hour rental...

Mourad AWhen I was there at the reserved time to pick up the truck, it might be snow to cause heavy traffic, so nobody there.I called the contact number but nobody answered, this really scared me. But after about 15-20 minutes, they came. If they could set to pick up the phone call and answer customer, it would be better. Another one, all contract and invoice are in French, I would have an English version. Thank you!

Michael GDoor was locked, guy in garage was busy and didnt want to help. Process on app was difficult.
Nelson FYou confirmed my reservation by email and on your website but never booked any equipment for me and didn't leave any keys available. I got extremely lucky that an employee was on site even though the place was technically closed or else I would have never been able to get my equipment despite my reservation and the confirmation.
