There was no personnel present since it was after hours. This location was great for us. Parking was easy and location was close to our destination. The business was closed, but we were dropping off and had no trouble locating the key drop or parking in an easily accessible space. I still prefer that employees be available to help with documentation, but being able to drop off after hours was nice, so I was less frustrated to do the process when returning the truck. The app worked better during the return process.

The check engine light was on the entire rental. Somewhat concerned me because I was on a tight schedule. But I did not have any problems.
The truck bed was not clean and had to be cleaned out. There was a hand cart left in the truck that I did not request. Then I paid approximately $14.00 for a Safe Move Insurance that I did not request or need.

First off I should say that this was not the location we chose. We were switched here by uhaul. This is a very small, quiet location. Not sure where the problem came from but no that it was not the movers that loaded our truck ... it was a sunny day. When the bed was unloaded in Michigan, the left side of the mattress was stained and wet. Will be putting in a claim.
