Not, use self pickup at this spot. The guy inside that eventually had to help us was busy and seemed irritated that the guy on the phone that initially rented to us told us the there was a rental there for us however it wasn’t. The only reason we got the rental is because another person didn’t show up to claim it. In the end the guy was acting concerned after finding out that I lost my daughter, Candice Soils 5/4/26

William HReserved truck, blankets and 2 hand trucks at Greenville Ave, was told at time of pickup there were no trucks and rerouted to Sovereign Row agent who had neither blankets nor hand trucks, drove further out of my way to get hand trucks at Harry Hines of Dallas. The delay of all this set my movers back a couple hours, so I was delayed in return of the truck and equipment. The best part, was a little over 3 hours late return and was charged an extra day on everything for the incompetency and zero communication prior to my scheduled reservation. Yet I get charged for 2 days of rental. Going forward, I’ll be taking my business to Penske. The truck was dirty inside with spilled food, beat up and no technology
