There was no information given regarding the milage charge. The man at the desk barely talked, we were not given a 'Sheet" with different instructions. The gas tank was empty, we were not told to take a picture, so we returned it at about the same level. We told the man we were going to and coming back from Largo, but only 40 miles were entered into the contract, when it is actually 77 miles. We had the truck for only 5 hours. The man said he would email me the contract and the bill, I received nothing. It's by checking my bank account now that instead of being 29.99 pus 5$ insurance= $34.99 it is $190.92 !!! RIPOFF!!! and dishonest. the address of the dealer is 711 US-41 S, Palmetto FL. All this information was given to me when I just called U-Haul, but it's too late now. I want the larger amount $113.89 to be refunded.
