Toe-Blake RWebsite. We needed to use virtuel only to pick up. I'm used to work with apps and computers. I got stock with the system turning and turning, i was oblage to call 1 800 and wait and wait...on line. Anyway it took one h to pick it up. Secondly, same thing to return, please wait while we are veryfying your information/transaction/ 3 times so After 15 minutes I was obliged to reboot again. Never again it took another hour and needed to call 1 800 and wait on line....

Octavio RI bring back unused boxes and tell the employés so i can get credit for but when i received my bill in my phone from uhaul i get charge for extramilles with the truck but i get no crédit for the boxes....

Cedrik PIt was a poor experience. I was scheduled to a 78KM faraway to pickup . No one called us the day before rented day till 4:45PM . I gave U-HAIL a call for confirmation, they told us we can pickup by ourselves on APP. But, after more than 1 hour drive to the pickup location , the truck was locked in the backyard, we just could see the truck and we could not get it. Totally I used more than 3 hours for pickup. The following schedule , the moving helper work, had to be rescheduled. Everything became a mess that day . It was really the worst experience in my life.
