I, along with another customer, stood waiting for someone to show up at this location to handle our transaction. I arrived at 1300 and the lady arrived shortly after. She tried calling the store while I called U-Haul to get some attention. After about 30 minutes, the lady lost interest and left for another competitor's vehicle. Once the owner arrived, I had no issues at all and completed my transaction. Great guy (owner), but the U-Haul business does not appear to be his focus. Once I returned the trailer, I had to unhook it and store it away as employees ( I guess) were tied up working on truck. I did not see/find the owner during this return process.

They were super friendly and had the equipment easy to get to. Only issue was that I originally had it setup to pick up via mobile at 8 and was unable to. Had to wait until 9 when they opened for the equipment to be available even though I was doing mobile pick up.

This Macom, GA location was packed with cars, trucks and junk when we arrived. Waited 15 minutes for response from person on duty. He sent me around back to a dilapidated van parked there. Took another 15 minutes to wake up person living there to find open space and assist with off loading our trailer

I'm being charged 434.32 on 8/16 and $570.63 on 8/18. U don't know why. I brought it back with more than the gas in it when I picked it up.

Coordinate pickup time with the location because my pickup time was scheduled for 0800 and they weren’t open to get the keys. Also, the rental had someone else’s furniture inside.

I received an invoice for almost $800. On this invoice it stated that I had driven the vehicle some 500 miles. I only drove it 29 miles and put more fuel in tank than what was in there when I picked it up. I don't know if this is a common occurrence. I just know it jumped all over me when I saw the bill. I hope now it's worked out and I'm charged what I'm supposed to be charged.

The only complaint I have with my experience was I originally ordered it from one site and was relocated without my knowledge. I could not get anyone on the phone at the new location and was told to call customer service. The First Lady i spoke to was kind of rude. But i had to call back several times jury to confirm my information. Just got them to not have it in their system.

There was no gas in my U-Haul and I asked for 2 dollys and only got 1 but was charged for 4
