I was told that if I didn't make it before 5:00 I would have to wait until Monday to get my car, which was inside the lot but even though they said they were open on both the phone and website they were not. Employees were late showing up for work and were not helpful and one was very rude. Also, signs everywhere saying masks required yet all 5 employees did not have masks on. Seriously not ok. We had ours on and they never put them on when in the building. Had zero sense of urgency even when they were late. I had a crew of movers waiting for me and they could have cared less. The place looks like a junk yard. The one guy there was only 2 minutes late but he was not a regular employee. When the actual employee showed up 10 minutes late for work she didn't help him try to figure things out and she was incredibly rude. I will never use U haul again. Extremely disorganized. Right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. Can't get the trucks you need when you need it even though there are trucks sitting on every corner. Can't trade trucks from one spot to another. You are placed on a tight schedule & if you have complications people from the company call & scream at you demanding to know the reason you are late demanding the truck. Then making you drive another 80 miles one way to return the truck when you are driving past 20 other dealers that are closer to where you have unloaded. No it is stressful enough just having to move with out all the hostility and being screamed at from total strangers. Never, Ever Again. I definitely do not recommend.MARCUS G.
Location was fine, but the overall experience I had with UHaul was the worst I have ever had. 3 changes to my pickup location, reservation moved wrong, and when they moved my location to the final place it was 40 miles from where my initial pickup location was. That was extra gas for me to have to use to drop off the truck. Not a good showing for UHaul.JOHN B.

Reserved a uhaul truck 2 months in advance for my big move and two days before leaving the was told there was no uhaul for my move at our location then got relocated two more times the day of the move and had to drive an hour out of our way to receive uhaul. Don't recommend using uhaul ever again and customer service was terrible and not helpful whatsoever and almost everyone spoke to was very rude. Need way better customer service.Lilian R.

Worst experience with a truck rental ever. I will avoid using u-haul again if at all possible. The truck we reserved was not there when we arrived. No other trucks at that location so they sent us 40 minutes each way to get a different truck. When we returned it, they tried to charge is over $50 dollars because our rental had been changed to a one way and we â€œwent over our mileage.â€ We were not told that the rental type had been changed from in town to one way and in fact, they owed us money that they refused to refund without talking to a manager the following day. Also, they tried to shorten our 48 hour rental time by calling the first day and telling us it was due back before our time was actually up. Not a single apology for any of the time wasted getting the truck from a different town, overcharge, or hassle of spending over about an hour talking to two different employees to get our refund. Was supposed to get a call from a higher up employee about the situation, but that never happened. The only positives: the first person that helped us cared about finding us an available truck and the truck we ended up with was clean and worked great.sarah M.

I checked NA for2 answers because , the equipment was clean but the Rachet units for the Straps need maintenance or Replaced , It took 2 of us and a pair of pliers to get one of them to work. They told me to hook it up myself and stop by the office so they could check it out. I also waited for them to move a Pickup and use a forklift to move another trailer so I could get to it . They have a tight lot to get around other vehicles ,Howard B.
my rental pick up and drop off locations were changed with no notification . I was supposed to pick up the trailer in chahalis when I got there I was told it was changed to Oakville . when I got to Oakville I was told that I had to return the trailor to Oakville which is 30 miles out of my waygeorge S.

I think his name was John- he was supposed to help me get the trailer hooked up and get out of the lot so I could leave but he just showed me the trailer and left. Luckily I've used many trailers and had no problem hooking it up and getting ready but then realized I had a different light plug so I found him again and asked if they had any adapters. He claimed â€œU-Haul doesn't stock us with those so you'll just have to stop somewhere and buy one after you leave here.â€ I had to drive to the next town to purchase an adapter and could have gotten pulled over. I don't think he should have let me take the trailer without lights.Caeleb F.

This was 2nd time since September 2017 that i rented from here. Both times I was given a truck with gas leak. The trucks are kept easily accessible to gas theft in our small rural low income town. But my biggest problem is they have ran my debit card multiple times over past 3 days for charges that aren't mine. I called they said it wasn't them, but i have confirmed with my bank that it is in fact them. I just talked to them again and she said she'd talk to everyone and see who doing it, but ince my check is deposited, if anything more comes out since i paid the day i rented. We're going to have a very big problem. Highly disappointed and will not rent a truck frim this location again! Too bad since they are so close to my house.MELISSA B.

This is a mutli-use business, the inside was clean, cool, and had a variety of interesting items for sale and/or auction. It definitely had a home town feel and the staff was friendly and had me ready to go in a timely manner.DAVE M.
The Uhaul services where "okay". We were not told that there is a 100$ deposit! They also had no clue as to the gas mileage that the truck gets. We are on a budget, and have a 650 mile trip. The girl who took care of us wasn't friendly. Also the lot was absolutely filthy, with mud, huge rocks, and junk cars EVERYWHERE!Anna H.

The people were great, the equipment was pathetic. This is the second time I have had U-haul equipment with issues. This rental truck had a loud sensor alarm that would not shut off; had I not needed the size truck in the specific time, I would have returned and cancelled the vehicle. Additionally, I did not appreciate .99 cents a mile for a local move. U-Haul used to have a BLOCK of mileage and return the truck full. You should go back to that. I paid $257.00 for a local move; two trips totaling 125 miles in 24 hours for a truck that had an obnoxious alarm for all 125 miles. If I had other vendors available, I would have used them based on U-Haul's inventory.kevin K.

When I picked up the unit none of the lights worked. This was not checked before I left. As a result I had to stay overnight when it got dark rather than drive through. In addition I reserved a 4x8 but all that was available was a 5x8 - much bigger with space I did not need or want at an extra cost. The people at the facility were very nice. They just need more training to check the lights and not to promise a trailer that they do not have.RONALD Y.

When I asked how much the tow dolly would cost for rental, I was quoted 39.95, but when I got the bill it magically went up to 44.95. Either there is no communication between U-HAUL and the rental agent or this is how U-HAUL works.Also, there was a problem with the wiring of this particular unit. To the rental agents benefit, they did tell me about the wiring. I believe I will stay with my regular rental company.MATTHEW B.
