The woman trying to check us out was completely uninformed on the process, complaining, and took over an hour. Finally the business owner showed up and took over. He then told me that because I had done the online check in, as I had been told to by the woman, we had to start completely over. No one even tried to apologize or be sensitive to the fact that it took over an hour to pick up a Uhaul I'd rented online over a week earlier. Throughout the process the man cursed, repeatedly complained that I was talking too fast, AND to top it off I was given the Uhaul with only a quarter tank of gas.Garrett D.

When renting truck asked if additional charge if over 4 hrs was told the rate charged was for the day but ended up paying double fee for the truck. Also truck shifted rough. It felt like it was sticking in low gear. Was automatic transmiissionFrank V.

The guy I needed to talk to "was at lunch". The owner (I assume owner) seemed upset that this employee didn't fill in anyone else that I may be coming in. That being said, he was unable to help and the other gentleman appeared to be a new hire. Entire staff was friendly, including the "guy at lunch", and I wasn't in a huge hurry, so all was well. I would shop here again, they seemed otherwise proffesional and offered many other services. As someone who knows the industry, it is very hard to find help in our post Covid-liptic world.john C.

Uhaul needs to make sure everybody knows what's going on. They didnt know we were coming, then the Uhaul site was down so he couldnt confirm I had paid. They were very nice, but this is NOT where I reserved the trailer. Uhaul changed it at the last minuteTINA W.

The air conditioning did not work in the truck we rented and it was 90+ degrees . Also , price did not match that I was given from the agent that called me from UHaul. No attempt was made by location agent to adjust that when I questioned it . I would like amount charged to be adjusted to reflect these issues that occurred . 740-352-4098.Regina W.

When i asked about the gas once outside, he said leave in it was is already there. It was slightly over quarter tank. When i paid he never said total just rang my card expected it to be price i was given online. Didnt know till later tax was not included. Neither was the fact he wrote half a tank of gas. Which it wasnt. I was charged for extra gas and extra mileage. The mileage is fine i went over bt i think 4 miles maybe 6. But the gas i disputed and have yet to hear back. I filed a dispute the next day. Money is tight, and i dont mind paying it when due, but i feel i was overcharged.Angela B.

We got charged almost 15.00 more because we was told we went over our milage. So after paying 480 in Ohio to use the truck and dolley,we had to pay another 22 something. Then was almost charged for cleaning fees because of dirt that was in it when we got it. Will never use again. Also when we rented it we gave the adress to where we moved to so i guess its our fault because your system cant figure millage right?daniel A.
We were at this location for over 40 minutes because the guy didn't know how to check up in and didn't know how to work a computer. It was very aggravating because we had people at our location to help us load and we were wasting their time. The truck was filthy inside and after we returned home 225 miles later we found out the truck leaked and out mattress was soaked!!!Ralph H.

Had to use a leaf blower to clean out the back of the truck before we started loading. The cab still had a little trash in it. I assume the previous person was charged a cleaning fee, but it wasn't cleaned. Customer service was good.Robert D.

Back of the truck wasnt swept out on pickup, and guy in charge acted like it was a inconveniance dealing with us. Id recommend going to Ace Hardware for future pickup. U-Haul as a company is great just depends on where you go to get the truck.Andrew W.
