Stephanie WrightMy Uhaul experience was awesome up until I dropped the truck off at Auto Stylz. They told me that they accidentally charged me $40.92 for an extra day and they would take care of it. I followed up twice and they acted very rushed but they would correct it. They didn't correct it. The charge went through on my card. I wonder if they do this to people often!!?
bob crookOwner seem annoyed by my presence, derogatory comments and body language I didn’t feel was appropriate to a customer. Equipment (trailer) was placed in a very confined area, very close quarters when trying to leave I didn’t feel comfortable for clearance. Owner jumped into my vehicle during the time I was inside the business not knowing he was anbout to get in my vehicle without my knowledge and my wife nearly pulled a weapon not knowing what he was doing cause she hadn’t seen him. She being the passenger didn’t know if she was being car jacked etc, then returning the next day felt the same response trying to get equipment back into the same area. “ just drop it in the street let’s get this over with” I had his place of business and Uhauls equipment at my top most respect and due diligence for damage as well as my own vehicle. Me personally don’t expect “Red Carpet” treatment but I don’t expect to feel as tho Iam a bother to someone either. Iam sure he doesn’t care about my return for business but Autostylz is not my style at all.

Sean BoldmanThere is a U-Haul location within 1 mile of my home and several closer than Auto Stylz. Going tonAuto Stylz to get the truck and turn it in added and additional 20 Miles to my move. I think U-Haul should be more accommodating and h have the equipment taken to the closer facility when it is within the same area and not cause the added cost to the customer. I also paid for insurance that I didn’t request. My auto policy would have covered the vehicle for any loss or damage but it was added to my contract without my permission. I had already driven out of my way to get the truck and was in a hurry so I just took it and left but in the future I will make sure I let it be known up front that I don’t want it. Other than that Auto Stylz was ok.
Steven TimberlakeOffice not easy to find. I had to ask and still had trouble. Plenty of space to maneuver a trailer for drop off without having to deal with traffic.
Tracy SturgillThere needs to be some cross-training done with the employees. It was necessary for me to make 3 trips to this location to complete the rental agreement. After all of those trips, the final billing was not correct. The basic daily rental fee was not as agreed.
JOE NEWBERRYPoorly organized. Was charged $60 more than the quote. Charged for a larger vehicle than requested even though a smaller vehicles were available. Will never use service again.

William MurphyThe woman trying to check us out was completely uninformed on the process, complaining, and took over an hour. Finally the business owner showed up and took over. He then told me that because I had done the online check in, as I had been told to by the woman, we had to start completely over. No one even tried to apologize or be sensitive to the fact that it took over an hour to pick up a Uhaul I'd rented online over a week earlier. Throughout the process the man cursed, repeatedly complained that I was talking too fast, AND to top it off I was given the Uhaul with only a quarter tank of gas.

Robert DeGrieWhen renting truck asked if additional charge if over 4 hrs was told the rate charged was for the day but ended up paying double fee for the truck. Also truck shifted rough. It felt like it was sticking in low gear. Was automatic transmiission
Frank VeazeyThe guy I needed to talk to "was at lunch". The owner (I assume owner) seemed upset that this employee didn't fill in anyone else that I may be coming in. That being said, he was unable to help and the other gentleman appeared to be a new hire. Entire staff was friendly, including the "guy at lunch", and I wasn't in a huge hurry, so all was well. I would shop here again, they seemed otherwise proffesional and offered many other services. As someone who knows the industry, it is very hard to find help in our post Covid-liptic world.

Scott DouthatThe air conditioning did not work in the truck we rented and it was 90+ degrees . Also , price did not match that I was given from the agent that called me from UHaul. No attempt was made by location agent to adjust that when I questioned it . I would like amount charged to be adjusted to reflect these issues that occurred . 740-352-4098.
