Ada YOwner wants you to hury and bring the rental back before time so it doesn't sat not being used even while the rental is still your rental.
Willie ARented flat bed with truck, paid Randy 25.00 to set up trailer, got down the road 4 hrs into trip the car was not attached to anything and a man at the gas station helped us put the front wheel covers on, but there was not anything to attach the car to trailer in back. This could have caused a very bad accident and could have killed people. Randy needs a class to learn flatbed safety and I should be refunded
Cynthia MWe rented a flat bed to transport car and Randy at the U-Haul place in Greenville did not hook up the car to anything and charged me $25.00 to hook up everything that he did not do. This could have caused a bad accident and killed people. A man a t the gas station I stopped at in Dalhart, Texas noticed it and at least put the front wheel tire straps on for me and I had to pay him 10 dollars to do it. And he told me there should have been straps or chain to hold the back end. But there was nothing on the flat bed to do that. I should get my $25.00 back and Randy in Greenville TX needs to take a class to put cars on trailers properly.

STEVE IWound up paying triple what was quoted. Drop the truck off clean, swept out the box and they charged us fifteen extra dollars.Because there was leaves on the dolly wheels. Traveled 60 miles and put $40 and gas back in the tank. This place sucks

tamra cCustomers should be able to return U-Haul at or by midnight when they are finished,instead of having to bring it back at the same time they rented it. It really makes things very difficult.

Sagar PRandy at the 9920 Wesley Street Greenville TX location was a pure pleasure to work with. He was very informative and gave us a super clean truck! My nephew who drove the truck to Washington state brought the truck back so I don't know what his experience was there. I can only speak to the Texas location as I'm the person who rented it to move my brother.

Joshua Fthe truck was fine except for the radio. none of the controls worked but it would intermittently turn on and off with too high a volume. was ready to pull the fuse by the end of the rental.

L FWe never dealt with an actual person at this location, but I’m sure they are wonderful. I rented the truck on Saturday night and returned on a Sunday. Extremely easy, value for the truck was awesome and our endeavor went off without a hitch! Pun intended :)
