Julie BAddress is wrong compared to the business name stated to return at. I returned the trailer in hours but no one was there. I called them and left VM to clarify. U-Haul website said I closed out the rental but the location never finalized my reservation then billed me more money. Visited the “main” location in hours and no one was there. Horrendous experience.

Wallace CI was a little concerned about this pick up location as it appeared to be in the front yard of a house but the employees were super helpful and the equipment was clean and the requested moving supplies were all provided. They assisted with getting the trailer hooked up and were very polite and friendly as well as knowledgeable about instructions to take off the trailer. Don't judge a book by its cover, I would recommend this location to a friend.
Koo MNo personnel, on site. Just a vacant house with a uhaul drop box on the back and no signage out front. Trucks and trailers were around the back. Drove by it the 1st time, called they said it's the yellow house, go behind it. Its actually a white house. It was a contactless return through the uhaul app on my phone. The app part was easy. The location, signage and no direction of where to go and what to do was terrible.
