No personnel, on site. Just a vacant house with a uhaul drop box on the back and no signage out front. Trucks and trailers were around the back. Drove by it the 1st time, called they said it's the yellow house, go behind it. Its actually a white house. It was a contactless return through the uhaul app on my phone. The app part was easy. The location, signage and no direction of where to go and what to do was terrible.
