As a new Uhaul location, the operator that checked me into my trailer rental reservation has significant issues with system familiarity. He was quite friendly and made extensive efforts to resolve the checking system issues, but couldn't without calling for help. Once more experienced and/or trained, it will likely go smoother. The system to access and load pics showing the trailer condition, before you leave the lot, would not load. I didn't have the patience to stand outside in -24F, in the dark, and wait for it to load. A fail with significant risk to me. The next day 'Andy' was very helpful and able to offer a solution
