Donald BAlways great experience with this location. Unfortunately this time it wasn't ideal. We've always been told in the past at this location to park our car in the place where we pull the truck from because it allows for a spot for the truck when we return. This time around another rental client parked a truck directly in front of the car so we couldn't return our truck correctly and we couldn't leave the parking lot since we were blocked in. We were able to get help moving the trucks even though it was after hours but it was an additional hour onsite that we had to wait for that to happen. Would love better instructions given for pickup and return process, especially because the lot is limited in places where trucks returned after hours to the drop box can be parked.

Dean PCharging your customers for services you didn't actually provide is considered theft in my book. You charged me a cleaning fee when the truck was in the same condition that I picked it up in. And then you charged me an after hour service fee. I returned the vehicle well within the allotted time I had rented it for, and parked the truck myself. I would hope a refund will be provided for those charges.

I spent a good 5 minutes trying to find it, only for an employee to come out and had it to us. There was just frustration with incorrect information/lack of information

Thomas WThe trailer was pretty messy and we actually had to clean it out before we used it (lots of wood chips) ironically there was a sign inside while we were sweeping that said there was a $25 fee if the trailer hadn’t been swept out. The inside of the cab could use a wipe down as it was dusty.

ARNAULD NAlignment on truck was horrible. Steering wheel was basically sideways driving straight. Also truck wasn’t cleaned before.
ADAM EManager was uninterested in exercising proper customer service. Was treated poorly when returning the vehicle at 245pm because his shift was ending soon. Will never recommend this location to anyone and this is the last time I am using U-Haul.
Bradley CI love this location for pick ups and drop offs. He is so friendly and personable. I'm always going to rent my uhauls from him.

RUSSELL WStaff were building with LEGO blocks and playing Nintendo while leaving me waiting with questions. They were rude and literally slammed the door in my face. The whole office feels rundown and smelled like BO. Awful.

Edwin LU-Haul’s system needs to do a better job handling system availability. We were in a time crunch to get our trailer loaded and on the road, but what we had requested wasn’t available and we were given notice the day before pickup where they wanted us to go to a location 15 miles away with a later opening time than the location we chose. While they were able to make this right, it was frustrating because it took a couple hours to get a hold of someone who could correct this.

BRIAN RReserve in advance. I observed a few people just show up wanting a truck or trailer without a reservation. The staff member also commented that there is more demand at the weeks of the month than other times due to rental agreement cycles.

Shannan HThe trailer was dirty and chains wore down from dragging from previous renter. He was really busy and didn’t have time to clean before we picked it up. We was straight up and honest with us. Very helpful.
Brandie MThe worst experience and we won’t use this location ever again. We had a cargo van rented for the weekend after the 4th of July. The hours for the location were listed as normal on the website. They were supposed to close at 5:00. We arrived at 3:15 for our rental and there wasn’t anyone there to help us. We tried calling the local number and finally had a very unprofessional conversation with the owner in which they told us to call the 1-800 number and hung up on us. When they very well could have called to see if we were coming, or even given us the lock box code. We then were on with the 1-800 number for 1 hour and 20 minutes to get our keys to the van. The process put us an hour and half behind in our work day for a wedding g the next day and made other vendors wait on us. Terrible experience

Lenis REmployee was too busy playing Minecraft with his shoes off to explain the rules and go over contract. Instructions were unclear and he didn’t do a good job at all. 100% will never go back to that location. Certainly will tell people about how unprofessional employee was. Totally embarrassing for U-Haul. Communication errors lead to being charged more for not brining rental truck back to original store. Absolute bust, and I am frustrated. Employee is a joke.
