I would have liked to be able to check my Uhaul in formally. I was just told to leave the equipment there & the right guy would check it in later. I just felt a little uncomfortable with this but it all turned out ok. Super friendly and would recommend. Loved that I was able to drop it off on Saturday. Thanks for being open on weekend.Rames G.

The Dickinson location does not like to answer the phone. Hard to connect with staff. The better of the two locations would be Rooney Street where Oscar runs it. He is much more personal and friendly. Isaiah at Dickinson needs to learn how to run his business better.Matthew L.

Wow. Isaiah and Frank really went above and beyond to help me out! Because of my moving schedule, they agreed to meet me after hours to hook up my car for towing so I wouldn't have to stay in town another night. The staff here were not very helpful, had to unload the trailer ourselves without any direction, and did not receive any receipt until we kept calling afterwards to ensure we would not be charged for extra days.Allison R.

Reserved a 26' uhaul 6 weeks in advance. Two days before pick up date we were called with a change to pick up time from 8am to noon in the adjoining city. Not a big deal but as we were in our way to pick up the truck we were called and told that the truck wasn't there and we would have to drive 120 miles away to pick one up but had to be there by 2pm so there wasn't much time. We had to be out of our home by 8am the next morning so it was not very convenient. When we picked up the truck and drove away the we realized that the a/c was not working. This made for a very long and hot 600 mile trip the next day. Overall it was a very poor experience. The employees did not care about the inconvenience because they had in their words 5 other customers ready to pick up the truck if we declined.Warren J.

The location they sent me was in the middle of a neighborhood. No U-Haul return anywhere. The other one not a soul in site. The other one too both were closed in the middle of the day. 10:30am then I TRIED to do a return online but of course after setting it up it said my email wasn't correct!!! Then someone showed up but he wasn't the rental return guy but said where to leave it and he would let him know so I took pictures to WHERE we left the uhaul and hope it is marked RETURNED! I will try to CONFIRM with them tomorrow!LEAH S.

I returned trailer on 6/1/20 at 9:15 am. Owner was not there. Older gentleman took my information. Asked me to park trailer a block over in another location. There were 3 trailers there. Said the owner would enter the return when he got there and I will receive an email. Never received an email. I called uhaul it was not checked back in. I drove 30 miles to town to enter the return. At the end of the process it asked how I wanted to pay the late fee. I returned the trailer a day early. I do not owe anything. I will not trust anyone at this location again.Alice H.

On the way to El Paso we had a blow out and road side service had to come out and assist us . Tonys Service from Sierra Blanca came to change out the tires and did a spectacular job. The owner went way out of his way to help me. Our car was broken and we needed a trailer after hours and on a weekend we were able to rent a trailer. He did not have to do this and easily could have told us come back on Monday. This level of service exceeded our expectations. I am offering a sincere thank you.Jeffrey K.

No personnel present during weekday business hours (10:20am). I parked trailer in their trailer lot by similar sized trailers, placed my contract in the after hours check+in box, explained later via phone that the trailer needed to be checked in. Several calls to location & U-Haul resulted in my having to drive 130 mile trip to check in trailer myself using the U-Haul App. Expensive & exhausting experience.Marc B.
