I booked this location because they had a dolly and moving blankets. However, when I went to pick up the truck they said that there were no dollies or blankets. I ended up having to find another dolly and blankets but would have preferred to use ones with the truck.

Dana LMake sure that the places you have listed to drop off uhaul equipment is im decent shape. The area suggested for drop off was to the side of the building, nobody came out to help, I finally did the self drop off qr code. Parked it in the swamped area that the other trailers were located, had to pull the trailer back there in 4 wheel drive as it was such a muddy mess a d 4 Inches of water and mud, had to walk through these conditions to provide photos of equipment and then was charged and extra days rental fee due to being 30 minutes late. You should be ashamed of the conditions of this locations and require stone areas for parking that do not hold this much water In the rain. However the cars that were for sale were located on a nice stone area! Hope this helps you. I've rented several times for the convenience of the uhaul products, but will look for alternatives due to the lack of vetting used for 1 way trailer rentals...
KYLE WThe management at this location, made it super easy. Will use again in the future and would recommend. I would add, they could use more truck options. But super friendly staff that made a super easy transaction.
CHARLES SI walked in on the employee at the front desk, talking to someone about how they did not like the uhaul clientele. The majority of the staff I interacted with were rude and unprofessionally. I was also charged for equipment I did not receive cause it was not loaded onto the trailer at pick up even after I reminded the front desk that I reserved it. I will not use this pick up location again nor would I recommend it to anyone.
AUDREY HI dropped off my Auto transport early and was assisted in removing my car form the auto transport which was greatly appreciated. However, no one came out to ask if we needed help dropping off the truck and we ended up just using the app which was fine it just didn't make for an above average rating. I would however use this location again unlike the pick-up location in Pompano that I will NEVER visit EVER again.
NILMARY SThe only issue was finding the location. It is a car dealership with a Uhaul hub. The only Uhaul signage was very small and easy to miss.
Kia MI have no complaints. The services that was provide was great. I made last minute changes and all changes were honored. Great job!

Maryann MMy requested equipment was not in the truck at pick up. It required me to go to a separate location to pay a second time for the requested equipment. Additionally, because I had to rent it separately, I had to extend the rental and make a separate trip across the state to return it. Cost me an extra 180miles in trip and $80 in gas.

Lashekia GHalf of the dozen blankets rented were wet and filthy- unusable. When I discovered this it was too late to reach out to the rental firm so we made do with six and other protections padding. When I pointed this out to the return location, the response was “don’t blame me, it wasn’t us”. You have some work to do.

LLOYD SNot sure of what to improve. The young lady that helped me was very pleasant to work with The operation on W. Gate City Blvd, 911 I think is the address, is understaffed and maybe overworked. I scheduled a pick up of the tow dolly the day before. I was under a tight deadline, which I missed, because someone had not returned the car dolly! Well, was that the only one? Maybe they need additional tow dollys.! Maybe they need some help so people don't wait 15-20 minutes to find out!
jack wThey helped us as soon as we walked in the door. They asked, we answered, or asked their assistant, which they did. She explained everything in detail, no surprises. We walked out , overall, with a better understanding and better attitude.
