The truck was clean but the back reeked of marijuana (not the cab) like they were vaping in there, I don't think there was anything you could do about it because it still smelled when we dropped it off, this is just an FYI, not a complaint.

Quick and effective spot. 4 stars and not 5 for me because of the lack of signage visible from the street and the fact that the truck was relatively dirty. Still, I'll come back as it's convenient.

Since it was a 3rd party they didn’t have the supplies I paid for, and had to go to another place to get my boxes. However, the person who helped me was kind and explained why they could only give me 10 blankets instead of 12. She went out of her way to be helpful.

Better signage for the office would have helped. We were picking up on a Sunday morning and luckily your employee was watching for us as it was unclear where the office was located.

I got charged for gas that I took pictures of and uploaded and was charged extra on return

This location had NO idea that we were arriving with equipment to drop off. For some reason, even though it was confirmed with us, neither the pick up/nor drop off locations were made aware. Bad form!
