Redo the uhaul Rental procedure. If not for the help of the owner, Tanyaa, I would not of completed the check out procedure.

This is a safety suggestion for U-Haul everywhere. While driving I tended to look at the larger side view mirrors to see if the adjacent lane was clear to change lanes. A couple of times I almost changed lanes with a vehicle next to me that was not visible in the large mirror. The lower, small mirrors on each side should have the words “Blind Spot Mirror” on them that would make it obvious.

Absolutely the best experience ever renting a U-Haul truck! Tania, who runs the place was the kindest and nicest dealer I’ve dealt with. Will be renting again in a few weeks and will definitely be going to her. The truck was new, had 4000 miles on it and ran perfectly. Would drive miles to rent from her again.

Nothing I can think of. Tanya {maybe misspelled} at the Fairland location was super in all transactions. She knew her equipment and helped me pick the right truck, adjusted our route and made the trip easier. The Silver City drop off was very easy.

Loved the staff. They were professional, quick, and got me exactly what I needed. Location was easy to find. I can't say enough good things about the experience with the staff and equipment. However, I wish there wasn't so much paperwork and questions to have to answer to be able to rent something. Feels like I've got to give too many details just to rent something.

This facility was great and very helpful!! This 26’ truck was just the right size for what we needed. We will say that the tires on this truck are in need of replacement—- completely out of round. The whole drive the truck shook and vibrated super bad because of the tires!

It was easy to do, the most pleasant person ever to work with, made sure I knew everything I needed for my rental…. Even came in on her birthday to make sure we were taken care of!!!

The staff at Fairland Automotive and Storage always go out of their way to keep their customers taken care of even if it’s coming out in the rain in the middle of the night. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

U-haul was misleading by advertising the site as 24x7 move in and access. It was not. The franchisee was completely understanding and gave us a refund. Hey U-haul, 24x7 contactless rental is useless when we have an emergency at 1AM and the building is only accessible during business hours. Full marks to the on-site proprietors, misleading advertising and advisement from I-haul itself.
