When I picked up a trailer the lights would not work. They checked to find out why. Found a fuse bad on my truck. Replaced fuse and verified everything worked properly. They did not charge me extra for that service. Thanks guys.

Possibly somethin u could install like slide plates for cars that u can't get outa park so tires won't spin made it difficult to get on the car hauler slide plates would make it easier I had to use plastic barrel tops an it whent on smother thin

Customer service did not transfer my appliance dolly. I had to change my reservation to go completely out of my way for pickup. Horrible experience with UHAUL! Not necessarily the pickup or dropoff locations fault. I am throughly upset about my experience and would have rather used a trailer to move my belongings. The truck itself would not stay on the road. The front end was COMPLETELY wore out. I was nervous to even drive it.

Mr. Tittle was extremely helpful. I made it 10 mins before he was suppose to close run into a issue with my reservation but he worked it till he got it done & 45 mins later I was able to drive off! Thank you so much for the help!

Great customer service

This non driveable truck was dropped off at a Pawn Shop and again the Customer Service was horrible. The rude female made it clear they was a Pawn Shop and nothing to do with un-serviceable truck dropped off there. At first I didn't think she was going to let us turn it in because she said she didn't know where she was going to put it. I'll never rent anything from U-Haul again.

The staff was very friendly, thorough, and accommodating! This was the easiest rental process I've ever experienced! I'd absolutely recommend this location.
