Jose MCustomer service and availability. Changed my reservation and almost gave away the dolly I reserved. The check out process on the app is ridiculous and largely unnecessary.

RONALD MLocation was easy to get too. Business hours on the U-Haul app were wrong this places closes at 10am on Sundays not 1pm. Tight parking lot and not suitable for a truck and trailer.
