JONGWON KFirstly, The trailer was frozen to the ground upon arrival. We had to get it out of the ice ourselves. Secondly, I was informed that the hitch lock was broken, and that this trailer has been stolen before. When I asked what am I supposed to do if it gets stolen because of a broken lock, and he said get used to it.... I was not impressed.
