u-haul was parked in the back of the business. the fuel line was cut and gas was stolen. u-haul should be parked in front of the business area so that these incidents are less likely to occur. it was a huge hassle to resolve.

I cannot comment on the inside of the location or employees as it was closed when I returned the vehicle. The drop off location itself is behind the building, not in the front. Where I parked the vehicle was fine, but just adjacent to the office and drop box, the trash dumpsters were overflowing and trash was all over the floor. The smell was less than appealing. I realize this is beyond the business's control, but does effect the "clean and inviting" statement.

Juan TOnline directions conflicted with sign on door (online said park in front to right of window, sign on door said to park in back). Also no barcode was posted and the automated check-in wouldn’t let me advance past that portion of the check-in so I scanned a piece of paper.

PAMELA RIf you can give more granular instructions of where exactly to park the uhaul from the website or application, it would have made the process more efficient. Also, the android application has the same logic as the website application, but is frustratingly buggy when it comes to uploading photos! Please fix or just tell people to use the website only for drop off!

Clinton BI arrived at 9:01 am and the place was not opened. I tried calling and no one answered. He finally showed up, after a few minutes. I almost left. They had that I was to return the truck at 2 pm. I told him that I didn't know if I could finish by 2 and he said it was ok. I wasn't being charged by time. I dropped the truck off at 3:30ish.

Some one should have told me it would be cheaper in the long run to rent a bigger truck , pay more up front but not have to pay in the long run, & go way over with milage! Financially I felt I got screwed in the long run… This was the first time I had ever used a U-Haul truck… New at this. Now I know better but they were great!

I forgot to book a truck and these people were amazing from start to finish . Will always recommend them to others . Saved me time and the hassle of driving around .

Tod MThe store was supposed to open at 9:00 a.m. and didn't open till 9:28 a.m. The truck a reserved was a 17 footer they only had a 15 footer. The truck was dirty you cannot see out the windshield had to clean it myself.
TRAVIS HPickup was fine however the price was more than expected (not his fault)

MICHAEL RThe truck was full of ashes spilled soda and dirt. I received a call the day after I had picked it up asking if I was going to drop it off a day earlier than I had planned. There was a faulty valve on the right rear tire and I had to keep stopping to put air in the tire. I had tried to contact someone to come out and fix the tire but I had to keep driving to make it to my destination and their drop off time.
Cathy RThe location I placed my reservation, Mail boxes and shipping on the corner of L and 30th , told me I had to pick up my truck at Cig 4 less, at 20th and L. Two days later when I arrived, the store owner told me he did not have a truck for me and that it was not his fault. I needed to go back to the other store to complain. When I did that they told me go back to them and complain there. What??... I'm in a hurry, people waiting for me to move my items and they want me to drive all around without a truck I reserved two days earlier, pre registered online and now was with out a truck. They just keep saying its not our fault..it's Cigs 4 less fault. I told them find me a truck now!!! They finally told me to try a 3rd location. Luckily this place had a truck, but took 20 mins to service me, because the lady employee was on the phone. I told her please help me and finally I had a truck. Upon returning the truck a few hours later, there were so many people in line I had to just drop off the key, as I am disabled and unable to stand around after the ordeal the U Haul representatives put me thru on a stressful moving day. I was never even offered an "I'm sorry".
