WHITAKER HNo one was at the drop off location. I dropped the trailer off 4 hours earlier than it was due. Two days later uhaul charges me 48.00 for a late fee. Unless this is resolved, I’ll be contacting by lawyer to sue you for fraud. No telling how many people y’all have done this to

garrett sMy paperwork gave me the wrong code to open the lock box. I was on hold off and on with UHaul even though they really couldn't help. Justhappen to call a number of the business next door and received a text. I asked if they owned the UHaul place. The person said no, but oddly enough could provide me with answers. When I told the person I could not get the lock open, they said try the password SALT. I did even though I was given MOST in the directions. Forty minutes later, with the correct password, I got the lock open. I then went home, opened the back and noticed that the appliance dolly I ordered wasn't there. When I asked the same person, they said, “ Ohh no sadly sadly Uhaul hasn’t sent us some. Uhaul sky land will be best option. If not then tell people at check out that there wasn’t and they can take off charge.“ What the heck, y'all couldn't tell me that when I called earlier in the day and credited the account at that time? I will never use or recommend this location to anyone.
Barry II returned trailer at 3:10 pm, place was closed tried to take and return to another location to turn in but they would not take it so I returned trailer to original location and unhooked it myself and put my paperwork in key box this was Tuesday 8/2/22. Got a email next day said I was late turning trailer in on 8/3/22 and that I owed money for being a day late turning in which is not the case. My paperwork said they close at 4:00 pm. Have try to contact return location and uhaul but no luck. Someone needs to call me. Jim Sudeiha 251-604-7708

ALEX SThe poor staff person who was a young woman and very nice had no idea how to disconnect the trailer from the car, another customer helped lift it off my car and moved it for her as there wasn’t a dolly to move it with and she didn’t know how to move it either. Location is also a little industrial dirty.

Jonathan HThe person working there was very nice but had zero knowledge on hooking up the trailer. My son had to do it and the trailer came completely off one mile away. A stranger had to help up hitch it properly.

JON LThe app was so buggy that I was unable to turn it in via that method. I tried three times, to no avail. The guy at the location finally had to do it manually. One star for the online return process.
