Alexander MI did not receive the furniture pads that I paid for and I was not refunded for them. The truck had some difficulty shifting gears and the check engine light came on while I was using it.

ELIZABETH SWe have rented many Uhauls and Uboxes over the years and this was by far the easiest rental experience ever! Things were quick and they were very nice!
Shauna PTrailer brake lights, turn signals, and tail lights were initially inoperative. The staff at the Marion U-Haul location got them working, but they failed again shortly thereafter. My husband drove behind the trailer the entire trip to Corydon so no one would tailgate and to prevent being rear-ended by someone failing to brake due to faulty brake lights. Trailer was fine otherwise and staff was very helpful.
Tracy MCustomer service was great. I think the only problem I had was the wipers didn't work well when the snow and cold started. I'd check the upcoming weather and make sure little things like that won't affect the customer experience.

April WThe truck rental part was super easy but the picking up and dropping off was awful but times I was there over 25 minutes. The location just spins at this address through the mobile app. I had to go through customer service both times and no one was available for the drop off, I had to leave a message through Chat( after waiting 10 minutes for a response) only hoping you would receive it and I had return correctly.
Rhonda WThe uhaul I had received was tucked away in the corner of the lot in between another truck and a trailer, there wasn’t enough space in between to get it out safely so I had to have a friend help me figure out! App was also glitchy and made the whole experience much harder.
