Ibshould not have been charged for two days rental when I was only 2 or 3 hours late returning. A prorated late charge would have been way more fair. This is not a location issue.. it's a uhaul policy issue.

Really great service and help, no complaints! I just missed the office door and sign when we first pulled in and wasn’t quite sure where to park, so it may help others to consider a slightly larger or more obvious sign for office/parking out front.

Give people the equipment they paid for and not try to send them to your other locations completely out of the way to get said equipment when you mess up.

I’ve been to at least three other U-Haul locations and had trouble at each one. I was seriously considering switching to another company, but thanks to this specific U-Haul dealership—and especially to Dustin—I’ll continue using U-Haul and happily recommend it to anyone who’s moving. Dustin goes above and beyond, and I’m truly satisfied with the service and the entire transaction.
