Truck rode & drove well. Everything operated properly. However noticed a squalling belt noise...maybe a/c compressor belt? Uhaul agent very nice & professional.

DOMINICK RNever received the dolly and furniture roller. Receved the credit from the location but U-Haul chgd me for not returning them. I never received them in the first place. I want my money back for the items I was chgd for the non-return!

I’ve used them several times over the past 40 years and have never had a representative that went out of his way to make sure I had what I needed! Teena PI had a reservation scheduled for a month and no one ever reached out to me from a location in Raleigh and when I arrived, I was told there were no trucks available within 30 miles of my location. It also happened to someone else that arrived the same time I did. That is unacceptable.
Tyquan Ethe clerk was friendly, and the truck was available. However, all the fees were not disclosed upfront. The contract was email from a tablet, and it wasn't available to read. And there was a sticker shock for additional expense of insurance and taxes. This was my first time renting from UHaul.. I anticipate needing to use a moving vehicle a few more times this year, I will consider other options.

Tiffany LI ordered boxes, king size mattress cover, and a dozen furniture pads. We got no boxes, no mattress pad and 9 blankets. I would like a refund for the items I didn't receive please. Overall the entire experience was excellent.
Ashley YThere will not be another rental for me from U-Haul. I had my reservation moved to a second more distant pick up location because Uhaul's system failed to have the right vehicle in the right location for me. This has happen to me twice in a three week period. This may not be a problem for some people but when you are being charged for mileage it REALLY matters. On this last occasion I had to pick up my truck an hour and a half after my scheduled pick up time because I had to drive to a different pick up location. This delayed my schedule pick up my product and I almost most my reservation. Again, this is the second time this has happened with U-Haul in a three wee time period. I refuse to use their services or equipment EVER again. I will rent from ANY other company or even carry stuff in my own car or on my back before I rent from this poor excuse of a company again.

Alexis BI was unaware of mobile checkout and waited for manager to arrive. Manager did not arrive at the appointed time. Check out of trailer was simple and fast once the manager completed the contract and checkout process.
Shawn SI was not aware i could check out self check out. The owner of Aycocks was extremely courteous and verry helpful with the process.You may need to make navigating the website for self checkout a little more streamline for those not quit up to speed on new technology.
marion gWish dealer could have printed off a receipt for my father and wish they would have inspected the unit at time of drop off and made him aware of any issues if there was any. But overall not a bad experience just need some improvement

Very limited uhaul products available (dollys, furniture pads, etc.) and no other moving accessories available for purchase. Location was over a half hour away from my desired/preferred pick up location. Staff was nice and as helpful as possible.

Joann LIt was not the location I signed up for it but thanks for the accommodation. I was able to get things done. The staff wasn’t there but I was late. He did however helped remotely. The location was at a small convenient store out in the country. I’ve never rented from uhaul so maybe this is a norm. Again overall I got the job done and no hidden fees. The no hidden fees made this rental appreciative! I would rent from uhaul again, just had a hiccup in the process but that’s life.

Melanie MThe gentlemen didn't check to make sure all the lights on the auto transport worked correctly. All the lights worked besides the running lights. We had to use our emergency flashers all the way to VA. If it wasn't for a good sermatian flashing his lights at us we wouldn't of ever known and another car couldve hit us or worse. The guy let us leave the lot without doing his job correctly and who knows if he actually checks every uhual equipment that leaves his lot. I will be reporting this to customer service as well.
teresa tPick up location was great. Equipment was clean, however trailer would not track straight and was a nightmare to tow. Empty at 55mph it would fishtail behind the truck. It was loaded correctly, but the trailer axle alignment wanted to turn to the right. This caused wobbling at all speeds. Downhill and left hand turns were extremely difficult at highway speeds.
Joel BI only went about 15 miles total but 39.95 turned into 76.00

jonh vWhen we rented the U-Haul truck, we asked if it had been looked over. We were told it was in good working condition and shouldn’t have issues. The air conditioning went out after we loaded up the truck and on the road for 15 mins. We had a 5-hour drive in 95 degree weather with 90 percent humidity. Called U-Haul regarding this issue and that we should receive a discount for the inconvenience of faulty equipment. The representative said a general manager would call us back. It’s been 5 days. Additionally the motor oil was low so we had to buy 3-4 quarts to top it off and the oil light turned on about 3 hours into our trip. Needless to say...stay away unless you want to make long distance drives stressed out and baking.

Joseph CPersonnel was not at location at specified arrival time and we had to wait 30 minutes for her to arrive to unlock the door. She was unfamiliar with the computer application for the rental agreement. She had to call U-haul customer service for assistance to complete the contract. She waited on other customers in the store (fixing to-go orders) because they were on "lunch break " instead of taking each customer in line. We were there for 1hour to pick up this Dollie and should have been in and out in less than 20 minutes.
