Ramiro BWhen I rented the tow hitch, gentlemen took my Drivers Licence to put things into the computer. I drove off 10 minutes later I called and let the gentleman know I left my Drivers Licence. He stated that he has it. When I came back and drop off the Trailer now he argued me and said he don't have it. Telling me that he has a system and he only has 2 ID there. 10 minutes while we going back and forth about I need my Drivers licence. Now he said he found it was under someone's credit card. This location has no organization system! Will not be back to this location ever again

SHONE SI had an issue with the charges, requested to have the individual that handled UhAul to call me before settling and he didn’t. He wasn’t in office when I dropped off the truck. Didn’t call or leave a message if he did call. I wouldn’t recommend Uhaul to anyone not just this location.
DIANE CNo blankets or dolly and was told to go to another location to get them and had to wait and had to waste gas. Was quoted for $60 but ended up paying double that. Would have been easier moving without the truck

PATILE UVehicle was dirty smell like cigares and the millage was wrong, and I was charge for 44 miles when I only drove less than 20.
EDGAR VWe have used U-Haul many times before and it was perfect easy system works. But this time we had trouble with the app not working and calling customer service to get thing situated and for them to tell us we are good and set on a change of truck to turn around for that person to not even change our truck and to not get a call to confirm our truck a day before. We call to check and we reserve to pick up at a location months in advance for them not to have it and send us out of our way to another location that was sketchy and didn’t have all the equipment that we asked for and a half of tank of gas and we had to drive to another U-Haul to get our dolly. The lady we talked to was rude when we call to confirm told us that we should’ve made our reservation ahead of time ……We did ..so there is a lack of communication and customer service needs an attitude check and training on making sure information is complete in the system.
