AYKEL RWe had a reservation for 6:30pm. When we finally got the code to open the lock box and get the key, the key was not inside. We had to go inside the food mart and wait while the very slow employee took his time verifying he could give us his copy of the key. We finally got the truck at 7, and they did not include the $15 dolly that I rented or the 12 moving pads I ordered. That is $27 I want back, plus the inconvenience of the time delay when we had a tight time frame and the inconvenience of moving heavy items without any equipment. Very frustrating experience.

Vicente PThe whole U haul experience from trying to get a truck to dropping it off was the worst ever in my moving career of over 20 - 30 years. The pick up location was about an hour away from where I had needed it. All the information I had requested was wrong & pick up locations kept getting moved further and further away. I didn't have any issues with the pick up location, just the whole experience in general was way inconveniencing. They did accommodate me for mileage etc... but that still did not help me with the timing for everything else I had to do to get to the location.
Dawn AI thought I would be picking up from a u-haul store/location. However, I went to a convenience store. I would have been much more afraid/worried if I were to have picked the vehicle up not in daylight hours. The gentleman was nice. While he was helping me he was having a conversation with another person on the phone. I consider that to be disrespectful.
Derrick PThe employee was spitting all over the place. The owner was on the phone with me but talking to him family. Took long time. My reservation changes from the Buford location by traffic telling me a lie than truck availability. I had to drive far distance to get a truck.

DIANE SI don’t know anything really about this drop off location because I dropped off the truck, the gentleman said thank you and I was off. Everything was short and sweet and there was no problem. I do have a $40 credit that I don’t know how to get back but I will look into this matter when I get back to Denver after April 4th.

Dante SI had ask for a 15 foot truck because it had the ramp. I set up the appointment day's inavance when i got there my the truck was rented out that morning. And they only had one truck to rent. It was a 10 foot no ramp. Not sure how you can rent out a truck to someone else when i had a appointment. I was not happy
Cheryl MIt’s a small convenience store/gas station with many cars outside. Those are the people playing the gaming machines. The lady inside was awesome in helping us. She was great, the location wasn’t.

Shanice SThe mats on the floor were dirty but the trucks at this location are parked in the dirt area. Other than that, the trucks were spotless.

john PIt would be nice if the trucks would be sprayed for pests. As soon as we opened it we found a big roach crawling. Thank God my husband was able to get it out. I would have been extremely disgusted if it got into our appliance.

JACOB MThis destination was remote, when i went to fill up truck with gas, the pump did not even have a display total amount,so i didnt know how much i was paying, I had to do the math to figure oou how many gallons i needed. Attendant was helpful and courteous ot made cjeckout reasonable.
GREGORY CCharged my credit card for fuel when it was not needed.
