The truck was dusty in the cab and in the freight compartment. The shop was very dirty and had sexually explicit music playing. I had my kids (16 & 11 yr old girls) go back and wait at the car. I should not have had to be subjected to this and was not going to going to allow my daughters to be.
And then twice I was lied to about refunds that would be made to my card. Once, in person at pick up, and a second time when I called two days later to discuss what I was told when I turned in the truck.

u-HAUL closes at 12 on Sarurday.
Victor was knowledgable, personable , friendly, and in the same efficient. He had a smile even at the very tail end of a long work week and morning!

The truck at pickup had a loose fuse to get the lights on the trailer to work. The truck center console was dirty when pulled down. My wife did not feel comfortable going to that location.

The technician did not hook up the trailer properly and consequently caused injury to a person while trying to load my vehicle. Very unknoledgeable person and would go elsewhere.
