glen KThe truck was dusty in the cab and in the freight compartment. The shop was very dirty and had sexually explicit music playing. I had my kids (16 & 11 yr old girls) go back and wait at the car. I should not have had to be subjected to this and was not going to going to allow my daughters to be. And then twice I was lied to about refunds that would be made to my card. Once, in person at pick up, and a second time when I called two days later to discuss what I was told when I turned in the truck.

David PThe truck at pickup had a loose fuse to get the lights on the trailer to work. The truck center console was dirty when pulled down. My wife did not feel comfortable going to that location.

LISSA EThe technician did not hook up the trailer properly and consequently caused injury to a person while trying to load my vehicle. Very unknoledgeable person and would go elsewhere.
Manasseh BCustomer service was challenging. Not able to answer many questions asked. Seems they definitely focus on trailer sales and servicing at their business, UHAUL rentals seemed like an afterthought. Not much knowledge regarding UHAULS, for instance did not know height clearance of the UHAUL rented. Had to ask him to identify which UHAUL was the one we were renting, then left us on our own. Had to grab our own pads and dolly and load them. Not trying to be picky, but never had that experience before.
