Christina TWe had an initially reserved a truck at the Searcy location on the day of pickup they told us that the truck was no longer available and offered us no reservation guarantee refund after that the only truck we found was in Bald Knob where the owners of the Bald Knob store gave us awesome customer service provided us for everything we needed and the truck we needed. The process of going about getting a refund for the reservation cancellation with U-Haul guarantee is too complicated don't feel like dealing with the hassle but would like to state that searcy, ar location is horrible and the owner is not to be trusted

Keith fEverything was ok but the price. $210. I drove 41 miles and had the rental for less than 2 hours, the return place sign was lit and the hours posted was 4pm and I was there at 3pm. I called uhaul and spoke to a lady and she said when I got this email I could request part of my money back. I am moving 13 miles from and a truck but I don't feel this is fair.

Linda PStand and most people that rent auto transport equipment have done this many times and they know what they're doing but u-haul. Inadequate equipment for anything very large. So if you want to retain those customers how would you just changing your policy on what equipment required to all what equipment. Get larger equipment and BRING BACK THE PICKUP!!
Bryan SProperly train your dealers to appropriately charge customers when using prepaid debit cards. The woman that I dealt with on pickup charged two different cards a total of 180.50 for the 100 deposit and now I have to wait to pay other bills because she wasn't sure if it charged my cards
