It is a drop location with no assistance. The office address, though manned, can offer no assistance. They tried to call the Uhaul person with no response. Truck was clean and easy to pickup, however, I reserved a dolly and received blankets and no dolly. I did not need blankets for boxes and tubs, I needed a dolly. I have now been charged twice for the dolly because I had to get one from another location.

The overall experience with the pick up , the u haul website, and not receiving any of the correct information, really uncalled for . The overall experience was aweful

A major shout out to Danielle, Leslie & Sharon - Memphis UHAul!!! Impeccable personnel who truly understands the moving industry, rentals, equipment but most importantly their clients situations and needs. Never met these folks, however, feel as though I’ve known them for many years. Thank you for not only who you are but for what you represent! People in need of products and / or rentals - the experience level of the aforementioned is what you’re looking for…and to the woman at the new UHAUL facility off of Goodman Rd, Southaven, MS - thank you, as well! Truck was missing all requested equipment.

The self service model is not for me. I wasn’t told that everything was on line in order to get the keys. The truck ramp needed repairs it wouldn’t extend the stirring wheel had too much play in it and hard to drive.

Getting access code took forever. GPS wouldn’t work. Overall U-Haul was terrible and we had numerous issues.

Truck was in great condition and performed perfectly. Staff at both locations were polite and helpful. App was clear and quick. I was worried about it but had zero issues.
