This U-Haul process was an infuriating fiasco. THIS Huntington Park location was fine, but it was the third location we had to go to. We had an order placed with 4550 Hollywood Blvd and the team there failed to reserve the truck after we booked it online, so they sent us to 620 Heliotrope Dr, but THEY had already closed when we arrived, so we had to go to this 4135 Santa Ana St, which was outrageously inconvenient. I will not use u-haul again.

Terrible customer service. Not only was my truck pick up location changed 3 times, there is no drop box at this location, and the whole process was very sketchy as the worker had no idea what he was doing. I arrived on time for my pick up but was delayed 30mins before ever receiving my keys because the associate didn’t know what to do. Not only that he made me call a random phone number on my personal phone which no response. Turns out he had the key the whole time but wouldn’t give it to me despite having the appropriate confirmation number and arriving on time. Terrible never using this service again. Rent from somewhere else.
Evamaria GVery easy to make reservation. Pickup and drop off were a little tricky, if I had to do it again I’m now informed on how. Was kinda surprised to see U-Haul being rented out at a liquor store, it was actually quicker and easier than going into an office which also closed early. Thank you for thinking outside the box!
