I took an hour just to check out the truck. The dolly I paid for wasn’t in the truck due to the place being closed on Sunday there was no one to help. The gentleman I was speaking to on the phone had me drive 10 minutes away to another uhaul keep in mind you get charged by the mile. I get to the other place wait in line for 25 minutes just to be told they don’t have any. Im doing this running around while I’m paying movers by the hour. I ended up having to pay for 2 hours off time that they were doing nothing at the end I had too move some stuff on my own because I only had them for a set time and they had another move to go to. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because of the Gentleman that helped was nice. But would never rent or recommend to anyone.

I reserved the truck and went through the entire process and made the payment only to discover there was no truck! I called uhaul, was on hold for 30 min and still no one could help me. I ended up renting fr a different company and am still waiting for my charges to be canceled.
